General terms for using the British Solar Direct website and requesting turnkey LONGi EcoLife solar installations for your home.
Residential installations
British Solar Direct supplies and installs premium LONGi EcoLife solar systems for Nottingham homeowners. Package listings show guide prices (0% VAT where applicable). Final pricing, installation scope, and delivery terms are confirmed in your written quote or pro-forma invoice.
Quotes & pro-forma invoices
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A supply agreement is formed only when you approve a pro-forma invoice in writing. New customers: pro-forma invoice and BACS payment after quote approval.
Delivery & installation
Delivery is coordinated by Juma Mohammedi across Nottingham and agreed UK areas. Installation, where requested, is arranged separately and confirmed in your quote. Site access, unloading, and any special handling requirements must be disclosed at quote stage.
Returns & cancellations
Solar installations are bespoke goods and services. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis before equipment is ordered or dispatched. Report any transit damage within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
